Cookie Policy
At Batería Profesional (KRONOTECH SOLUTIONS S.L., NIF B93669653) we use cookies and similar technologies, both our own and third-party, to ensure the site works correctly, to analyze browsing, and, when you authorize it, to show you advertising and measure its effectiveness. Below we explain what they are, which ones we use, and how you can manage them.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your browser or device when you visit it. It allows us to recognize your device, remember your preferences, and gather information about how the site is used. Alongside cookies, we use other equivalent technologies (pixels, local storage), to which this policy also applies.
Your consent
The first time you access the site we show you a notice from which you can accept, reject, or configure non-necessary cookies. Technical cookies are essential and do not require consent; the rest are only installed if you accept them. You can change or withdraw your decision at any time from the site's cookie settings or from your browser.
Types of cookies we use
Some of the cookies described below belong to services that we may use on the site. They are only set if the service is active at that time and, except for technical cookies, only if you accept them.
Technical or necessary cookies
Essential for browsing and using the basic functions of the site (session, cart, security, and remembering your cookie preference). They do not require consent.
| Cookie | Provider | Duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| PHPSESSID | Batería Profesional (own) | Session | Maintain the user's session while browsing. |
| PrestaShop-* | Batería Profesional (own) | Up to 20 days | Session status, language, currency, and cart contents. |
| Cookie consent | Batería Profesional (own) | Up to 1 year | Remember your choice regarding cookies. |
Analytics cookies
These allow us to measure and analyze, in aggregate form, how the site is used in order to improve it. They are managed via Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd.).
| Cookie | Provider | Duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | 2 years | Distinguish users for statistical purposes. | |
| _ga_* | 2 years | Maintain analytics session status. | |
| _gid | 24 hours | Distinguish users. | |
| _clck | Microsoft (Clarity) | 1 year | Store Clarity’s pseudonymous identifier to recognise visits from the same browser. |
| _clsk | Microsoft (Clarity) | 1 day | Group the pages viewed into the same Clarity session. |
| CLID | Microsoft (Clarity) | 1 year | Identify the browser’s first visit to the website in Clarity. |
| MUID | Microsoft (Clarity) | 1 year | Identify unique browsers across Microsoft services. |
| ANONCHK / MR / SM | Microsoft (Clarity) | Session to 7 days | Auxiliary Microsoft cookies used to synchronise the identifier across its domains. |
We also use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to understand how the website is used and to improve the shopping experience: it records, in pseudonymised form, clicks, scrolling and the pages visited in order to produce statistics, heatmaps and replays of browsing sessions. The data you type into forms (name, email, phone number, address or VAT number) is masked in your browser before being sent, and payment details are never recorded, as they are entered on the secure pages of the bank or PayPal. It is only activated if you accept analytics cookies. Microsoft keeps recordings for a maximum of 30 days and aggregated statistical data for up to 13 months.
Advertising and marketing cookies
These are only installed if you accept them. They allow us to show more relevant ads and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
| Cookie | Provider | Duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| _fbp / _fbc | Meta Platforms Ireland | Up to 3 months | Meta/Facebook measurement and advertising. |
| Google Ads / conversion | Up to 90 days | Campaign measurement and remarketing. |
Third-party cookies (reviews)
We use Trustpilot (Trustpilot A/S) to display and collect customer reviews; this service may install its own cookies in accordance with its policy.
Third-party cookies and their policies
Some third-party services install their own cookies and process data in accordance with their privacy policies:
- Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads): policies.google.com/technologies/cookies
- Meta (Facebook): facebook.com/policies/cookies
- Trustpilot: legal.trustpilot.com
- Microsoft (Clarity): privacy.microsoft.com
International transfers
Some of these providers (for example, Google and Meta) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are carried out with the safeguards provided for under the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission). Microsoft Corporation, the provider of Clarity, participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
How to configure or delete cookies
In addition to the site's own settings panel, you can allow, block, or delete cookies from your browser's settings:
If you block technical cookies, some site functions (such as the shopping cart) may not work correctly.
Updates to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to adapt it to regulatory or technical developments. We recommend that you review it periodically. Last updated: October 2026.
