Secure payment

Every page of this shop, and the checkout in particular, is served encrypted over HTTPS. The data you enter travels encrypted between your browser and our server.

How we handle payment data

Card payments are processed on the bank's payment gateway, outside this shop: we neither store nor have access to your full card number. The same applies to PayPal payments, which take place on PayPal's own platform.

Cards are subject to the checks and authorisations of the issuing bank. If the bank does not authorise the charge, the order is not completed.

Payment methods

The payment methods available are shown during the purchase process and may vary depending on the destination of the order and its value. The conditions applying to each of them are set out in the Terms and conditions of sale.

If something looks wrong

If you see a charge you do not recognise, or have any question about a payment, write to info@bateriaprofesional.es quoting your order number. How we process your data is explained in the Privacy policy.
